He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing – The Chartered Institute of Marketing UK and I am a Chartered Marketer – The Chartered Institute of Marketing UK. He is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), a Fellow of Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (FSLIM) and a Fellow of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (FCPM). He holds a Master Degree in Business Studies from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
He is a member of the Advisory Board of CMO council Asia Pacific Region and a senior Judge at the SLIM Brand Excellence awards. He is a veteran in the fields of Marketing and sales, Business Management, HR management and with over 28 years of practice in the entire spectrum of Marketing and Sales Management, Strategic Business, HR Management, Customer Loyalty and Retention Management, Customer Experience Management, and Contact Centre Operations. He has cross industry experience in Telecommunications both Mobile and Fixed categories, FMCG, Consumer Durables, HR.
He is also the recipient of CEO of the Year awarded at Asia’s Best Employer Brand awards. He is a creative thinker and a strategist with passion to deliver results.
