Anuradha is an experienced Sales and Marketing professional with over 25 years of experience in both local and multi-national organizations. He is currently leading Unilever Food Solutions business in Sri Lanka and Maldives as part of Middle East, Pakistan and Sri Lanka cluster (MEPS). Prior to his current role, Anuradha held numerous positions including Head of Channel Marketing, Senior Customer Manager, Trade Category Manager roles in the main retail business of Unilever Sri Lanka Ltd.

Specialized in FMCG and B2B sectors, Anuradha possesses rounded experience in cross functional disciplines including General Management, Brand Management, Customer Marketing and Customer Development handling leadership roles providing fiscal, strategic and operational leadership in a multi-national environment.

Apart from his primary job functions at Unilever, Anuradha can be credited for his contribution to The Chartered Institute of Marketing Sri Lanka Region from 2011 to 2014 as an honorary board member heading Education, Knowledge Hub and the functions of the Secretary. After graduating with a PG DipM (UK) in 2006, he went on to become a Chartered Marketer and a Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing UK prior to his enrollment with AIMG SL in 2021. Anuradha is heading the Membership function as an honorary Board Member of AIMG SL at present.
